The large home situated on its own private island was designed with luxury in mind. When it was time to consider roofing options, quality products were a priority. Under the beautiful copper and metal roofs, Polystick® MTS was installed due to its incredible performance for high temperature applications. The areas that required roofing material for low slope applications were covered with Elastoflex® SA V base sheet and capped with Polyflex® SA P in Red Blend to complement the metal and copper roofs.
